If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full — including delivery. Just send us a photo within 14 days of receipt. Because every mural is printed to order for your wall, we can't cover measuring errors or a change of heart — which is why the configurator shows you exactly what will print, to scale, before you buy.
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the wall murals we provide. To ensure that our customers receive the very best quality products, we use the very latest technology and environmentally friendly inks as well as some of the very best paper and materials available.
Bespoke production
Based on the dimensions of your wall as well as any other bespoke requirements, we print your wall mural to order. In the next step, your mural will be computer cut into panels by our print team and carefully checked over by an experienced member of our team to ensure that they are delivered in perfect condition.
Sample service
Please contact us if you would like a small sample of each of our wallpapers before ordering your mural. The design will vary on each sample. When contacting our team, please provide your delivery address.
Want to see a specific design before committing? Every mural page has an "Order a £3 printed sample" button — an A4 print of your chosen design and crop, on the material you select, posted free. For colour-critical walls it's the surest way to know exactly what's coming.
